Exxon Offshore facilities

Created damage loops/corrosion circuits for all piping systems on various platforms, FPSOs and FSOs. Performed the detailed risk assessments of Offshore Piping Systems and Pressure Vessels using Citadel Asset Management software in conjunction with Exxon’s Equipment Integrity Guidelines.  Performed RBI on over 40 rigs and ship-based production facilities in numerous regions around the world.

Exxon facilities onshore

Created damage loops/corrosion circuits for all piping systems on various plants including LNG and Gas Plant production facilities. Performed the detailed risk assessments of Piping Systems and Pressure Vessels using the Citadel Asset Management software in conjunction with Exxon’s Equipment Integrity Guidelines.  Performed these functions on facilities in Africa, Russia, Papua New Guinea as well as numerous states in the USA.

At various other facilities around the world:

• Provided consultation on PSM, Mechanical Integrity, Inspection Technology and Operations, Non- Destructive Examination issues, Welding Procedures/Technology, Metallurgy, Corrosion issues, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control processes/procedures.
• Performed detailed analysis of operating equipment and determined Safe Operating Limits, expected Safe Operating Life, Mean Time Between Failures, created detailed Inspection Plans, and Risk-Based Inspection plans.
• Grouped piping systems/lines into logical Corrosion Circuits utilizing proprietary methodology and loaded the data from the created circuits into the Inspection Data Management software system.
• Developed software to import Citadel and IDM3 data into Meridium software.  Developed software to import data into Visions IDMS.
• Developed job/task-specific software tools to provide automation, accuracy, and ease/speed of completion for repetitive/difficult project and operation tasks.
• Performed detailed analysis of operating equipment and created detailed Inspection Plans, and Risk-Based Inspection plans.
• Developed Inspection Procedures, Manpower estimates, Budget estimates for inspection operations
• Developed new system for managing engineering & construction documents to assist in creation and management of mechanical integrity program for multi-function facilities
• Provided quality verification of documents, line lists, equipment lists, and process drawings.
