At Cox Systems, our corporation principals have worked in Reliability and Asset/Mechanical Integrity programs for the past 20 years, and have performed full risk assessments on over 40 offshore platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, Mobile Bay, offshore Australia, offshore Sakhalin Islands, and offshore California, as well as full program implementation on 4 FPSOs in offshore Africa. Most recently, we implemented the full Asset Integrity Program for the Chevron Wheatstone Project in Western Australia: 7 years of detailed analysis, as well as travel to remote locations to ensure quality of construction on plant modules.

Our managing partner has over thirty years of experience in the process plant, pipeline, shipping, and construction industries. He has worked in asset & mechanical integrity, fixed equipment reliability, quality assurance/quality control, maintenance and construction. Assignments have included asset integrity management, fixed equipment inspection, QA/QC, supervision, turnaround planning, contractor coordination, scheduling, procedure development, recruiting/staffing and training.

We are very experienced in condition assessment of process pressure equipment. As experts in ASME, API, and NACE standards, we have worked extensively with Australian/New Zealand, Russian, Angolan, Nigerian, and USA standards. We have extensive experience working in developing countries, isolated locations and multicultural environments.
