• Calculate asset tmin, MAWP, remaining life
• Upload any reliability/inspection data into any IDMS
• Optimize CML placement and total count, manage CML history, provide CML reduction logic if required
• We are able to work with any computer system or drawing format the client desires, and can output any of our work into their current software/drawing format.
• We perform detailed analyses of technical documents and drawings, verify accuracy of contents, and create links to connected and referenced drawings via hyperlinks. We create tabular indices of all data and the relationship to the document on which the element was found.
• We can convert any document format into ANY other format- including paper, PDF, CAD, etc. We Index technical documents, historical documents and provide taxonomy guidance for naming files.
• We can scan all of your historical records into digital format and properly indexed Document Management System hierarchy.

We can turn your large piping line list into a manageable list of corrosion circuits, risk assess those circuits, and assign inspection and corrosion monitoring locations to the circuits. We are also able to manage existing circuits and risk assess any assets at any stage of their lifecycle which means recording current circuits into indexed relational database for uploading into IDMS
